I'm sure everyone has already heard about this blog, but in case you haven't, it's the amazing story of a teenage girl who wrote a fan letter to John Hughes.
Well worth reading.
One other link: A group of independent filmmakers started to make a documentary about John Hughes two years ago. They've been able to get terrific interviews with most of the well-known stars of his movies, all of whom apparently love the guy. Ironically, as the result of Hughes' death, there is now way more interest in getting distribution for the film. |
