My FWTO above read "One Less Old Broad" but after watching the tv homages this week, I'd amend that to
"One Last Old Broad"
or
"One Best Old Broad"
I KNEW Elizabeth Taylor did all the things they talked about, but watching it all laid out like it was, her life and her projects and her achievements were amazing. Thank God for what she took on and accomplished. We all should have the kind of friend she was to her friends. Taking in assistants to care for them, nursing Roddy McDowall, campaigning for AIDS support and programs, defending those she loved. We all need a Liz in our lives. |
