Ah - another wonderful musical comedienne remembered from my childhood.

Betty Garrett could sing, dance up a storm, crack wise and witty, and was one of the most reliable co-stars ever before finding new t.v. fans via Laverne & Shirley and All in the Family.

Um... she wasn't in the film version of Bells Are Ringing. Maybe she did it on stage.
