- Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
- Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
- Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
- Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
- You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
- The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.
- The initiator of the next round will name the thread "FYCTH - #***" or "Sean's FYCTH - #***", "***" is one integer greater than the number of the current round. The initiator of the next round will copy this post verbatim and it will appear as the opening post of the next round, the only things that may be changed are fonts/colours and smileys (which may be removed altogether if desired) and the inviso comment after "Sean Says:".

The Wizard of Oz is 71 today. These fwfrs have nothing to do with that.

But, I do have some notes ... somewhere ... if I can just ... hang on a minute, they're here ... I know they're ... just talk among yourselves ... oh, yeah, here they are!

> When Boris Karloff scared the panties off Abbott & Costello they didn't know about his secret passage.

> Printer paper, note pads, envelopes. All stationery. And then there's another word that's ALMOST the same. This is the feature-length cartoon. Guess who voices the Witch?!!!

> In Batman and Robin, chilly muscleman Arnie's alter ego is called Dr Fries.

> And, in another meteorological-related incident which attracted The Avengers, the villain wants total control.

Lemmy in for #635.

On this day in 1982 Henry Fonda died, months after winning his first and only Oscar (two earlier nominations).

A cornucopia of Kurosawa

NB:
In "Ikiru" Watanabe succumbs to his fatal illness while sat on a swing in a children's playground.
"The Hidden Fortress" was rather famously an inspiration for "Star Wars".
In "Kagemusha" Takeda, a warlord, hires a lookalike to protect himself.
"Ran" is Kurosawa's version of "King Lear".
