The challenge this time is to post reviews each of which is the oldest for its film, for films with multiple reviews. I have chosen this theme because it often seems to happen that a film starts with some mundane submissions before things warm up, so getting a great review in immediately is an achievement.

Please post a specific link to each review and give clear spoiler warnings where appropriate.

As everyone has numerous first reviews, please limit yourself to at most ten.

You may post links using whatever domain you like, even if you are someone who pettily prescribes a domain in your own games.

You are welcome to post existing reviews, but you are particularly encouraged to write new ones fitting the requirement, i.e. to review currently unreviewed films.

Like all challenges, this will be completely open-ended, due to the variable speed of approvals and the fact that inspiration does not come at will. Good luck!

Other challenges:
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 1: alliteration
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 2: puns on film titles
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 3: turn a phrase
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 4: The Man Who Knew Infinity
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 5: uniqueness
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 6: lengthiness
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 7: matching reviews
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 8: find the hidden message
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 9: going for a song
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 10: responses
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 11: rhyme
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 12: anagrams
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 13: four-letter film reviews
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 14: weddings
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 15: zeugma
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 16: Bushwhacking/Baracking
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 17: F.W.F.R. and Benj
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 18: connected reviews
F.W.F.R.ers' challenge 19: title play

If anyone has any other ideas for challenges, please let me know. I've got a few pending, but it's always good to have new ideas.

This review, my highest vote getter, is the oldest review against the film.

Some of my first reviews submitted were for the first film I added, and they are still the only reviews for this film, so... I think this counts.

They can't both be the oldest review, can they?

Here are nine more to make ten with the one posted above.

It should be noted that not only are each of these ten the oldest for its film, each has the highest number of votes for its film.

I have a few contenders, as long as I can interpret multiple reviews to mean more than one review here & there:

Vanishing Of The Bees
Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten
The Kings Speech
The Ghost
Felon
The Man Who Haunted Himself
Lost in Yonkers
City Island
The Infidel
I.R.A.: King of Nothing

Well, agreed, thats true in a literal sense, but multiple usually implies numerous (multiple injuries, multiple births, multiple choice questions, &c) rather than just 2.

Multiple birth definitely includes twins.

I just worded it like that to be concise but precise.

Right. It would be this one, then.

Then there's The Yellow Rolls Royce.

And what about Two-Faced Woman?

I added The Seventh Cross for an accolade I was working on.

And The Keeper of the Flame was for another accolade I made.

I also added Hot Enough for June for an accolade.

Careful - my first review for The Impossible Years is a spoiler.

Then there are some Israeli films like Paradise Now and Free Zone.

There are more, but these are all the ones from my oldest page, so I'll stop here.

(Got everyone so far, by the way)
