Sean Says:

- Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
- Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
- Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
- Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
- You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
- The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.
- The initiator of the next round will name the thread "FYCTH - #***" or "Sean's FYCTH - #***", "***" is one integer greater than the number of the current round. The initiator of the next round will copy this post verbatim and it will appear as the opening post of the next round, the only things that may be changed are fonts/colours and smileys (which may be removed altogether if desired).

A tribute to ... ahem ... myself!

Hintorama

> In Sherlock Holmes, Jude Law's love interest is Kelly Reilly.
> In A Single Man, Colin Firth is gay but Julienne Moore still carries a torch for him.

I wouldn't want anyone to sit all the way through Bambi meets Godzilla and then realize, right before the finish, that I gave away the ending -- so there's a MAJOR spoiler in my review of the film.
Plus some other animated films that I didn't mess up.

Vote la France!

NB:
In "Hiroshima, Mon Amour" the two lovers are known only as 'He' and 'She'. She is played by Emmanuelle Riva.
In "Eyes Without a Face" a doctor kidnaps girls and surgically removes their faces to try to heal his disfigured daughter.
"The Singer" was regarded as Depardieu's return to form after a decade of lacklustre performances.

Elvis Presley would have been 75 on January 8.

The first record I ever bought was a 78--Don't Be Cruel b/w Hound Dog.
