Four Your Consideration - Treasure Hunt

Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

Rummaging around my voteless box I found two without words, two pretty unspeakable, and one with mass love.

Here's the skinny:

The Gordian Knot (1911) features silent star Frances X Bushman as the future son-in-law temporarily dumped by his fiancee, whose ailing dad wants to get them together - which they do eventually. A Godian Knot = a knotty problem. Getting wed = tying the knot.

The Fatal Glass Of Beer (1916) is NOT the WC Fields brilliant comedy, but a chilling tale told by an early master of the weird: Todd Browning. It doesn't end prettily.

Gandhi takes a visceral look at the embodiment of pacifism.

Are We Done Yet? is directed without inspiration by Steve Carr. It stars Ice Cube who may be melting but not my heart.

Because I Said So stars Diane Keaton as the meddling mom. More alliteration.

Have a happy Halloween,
Halloween, Halloween.
Have a happy Halloween,
Silver Shamrock.

Anything after Halloween II is crap, imo. However, I've not seen Zombie's film yet.

Go on then...

Spoiler for "Shiri"

A police detective's girlfriend, an aquarium owner, turns out to be the female assassin he is hunting.

Notes:

"Cruel Intentions" is a modern update of de Laclos' "Les Liaisons Dangereuses"

Feet of Clay: a weakness in someone or something previously thought strong.
