As promised, folks: Here it is!

My own humble offerings for this Jack Clayton classic, based on John Braine's novel. It starred Lawrence Harvey as Joe Lampton, the cad having a fling with the boss's daughter [Heather Sears] and French bombshell Simone Signoret as the archetypal older woman.

In "Executive Suite", when the company President of a furniture manufacturer suddenly dies, a board-room struggle to take over ensues. Fredric March plays the Finance Director who seems ahead in the race, but his young nemesis, William Holden, playing a character named McDonald, feels the bottom line isn't everything and the company lacks vision, making poor quality furniture (which he demonstrates by turning a table over) just because it makes money - shame on them! His wife is played by June Allyson.

I'm not going to give a long explaination or plot outline to the Zombie movie Land of the Dead, suffice to say all these reviews are excellent and deserve ALL your attention.

The story of porn star John Holmes, no relation to Sherlock, who fell foul of the police. Naturally I haven't seen his famously long appendage.
