My Wizard of Oz reviews
And having said that, I should mention the thesis I was compelled to write to get accepted into a Clinical Psych Master's program which was entitled:
Adjustment Disorder in Adolescence: Dorothy Over the Rainbow
A Neo-Freudian Analysis
The thesis required we chose a famous subject, either fictional or real, assess him or her psychologically and devise a treatment program for the diagnosis. I couldn't resist Oz. It was SO Freudian. My graduate advisor prof (who taught clinical abnormal psych) said he could never see the film the same way again.  I SO wish I could find that paper! |
