Explanations for those who may need them: -
A walk in the clouds - Apart from his chocolate boy looks, Keanu Reeves plays the role of a travelling salesman of chocolate in the movie.
Spider-man 2 - Both as Spider-man and Peter Parker, he has more responsibilities than in the prequel. however, he also loses some of his spider powers.
Total recall - Schwarzenegger became a governor in real life after recall of the incumbent. Sharon Stone plays his wife in the movie.
