FOUR YOUR CONSIDERATION - TREASURE HUNT

Sean says:
Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
The only rule is to not use the ones from the previous round - you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it.
Sooner is better than later.
You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

2 newbies, plus my first three reviews.

Some explanation is perhaps needed for the first three, since they are a set. The Three Colors trilogy represents Kieslowski's somewhat satiric look at the values represented by the three colors of the French flag: liberty (blue), equality (white), and fraternity (red).

My Wayne's World 2 review is an homage to Paddy C's Wayne's World 1 review and to a certain Madonna movie.

Here goes the pathetic approach....

Five desperate little zeroes yearing for your approval.

Not much to explain here except to point out to non-Shakespeare scholars that the quote referenced here is from Hamlet.

As an aside I once heard the story of a little old lady who saw Hamlet for the first time aged over 80 and reported that she didn't like it as "It was too full of quotes." Familiarity breeds contempt? From classic to cliche!

A brief explanation: In "Fort Apache The Bronx", a prostitute is murdered, but well before she is murdered she murders 2 coppers.

The movies in this weeks FYC includes both a young and old Sharon Stone, His Dudeness and a bunch of kids who kill each other in Japan.

Mampers thinking that Sharon Stone is getting on a bit for doing all that nudity in Basic Instinct 2.
