FOUR YOUR CONSIDERATION - TREASURE HUNT
Sean says: Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list. The only rule is to not use the ones from the previous round - you must change them every round. Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later. You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants. The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next. |

Morning all! Here are my five oldest 0 vote reviews.
(And here's hoping I don't insult any Torys here with my Flint review.) |

Here are five of my more recent reviews.
The Farmer's Wife: an obvious pun.
Sunset Boulevard: quite apart from Cecil B De Mille playing himself in this film, this is the review that tipped my fwfr status from Mogul to Star. I'm a movie star!
Mystic River: Tim Robbins' character is doomed whether or not he 'confesses'; this review also alludes to his [ahem] backstory.
King Arthur: one of the knights brings a battle to an end by using his axe to break the ice sheet on which the Vikings are advancing. But in modern conflict management, an 'icebreaker' is an activity designed to get people talking and reduce tension.
Ray: In the film we also see how the ace pianist checked out ladies' wrists when he wanted a little bit of 'action', and how he became blind as a boy. |

Very nice. You could even amend it to "Movie mogul > Movie star" or "Movie mogul becomes star". |
