Well, there really is nothing like a bit of Muff to brighten the proceedings. |

I like Macs myself but I have to admit that it's mainly hype. The 'Mapple' episode of The Simpsons is spot on. |

I don't think you should really be offended by my saying that you are high calibre!
I'm driving at the fact that people like thefoxboy, Josh and Sean have mistitled these threads so often that they have managed to sweep along others like you. While I find the new rule extraordinarily silly and pointless (and bullying), I am the first to admit that that is just subjective preferences on each side (not that it's an equal situation, as I have never said that people should not use the new title). However, this naff Four spelling is neither specified by the new rule nor any of the old ones and it directly contradicts twenty or so subsequent links that display the spelling chosen by Benj. So although its naffness is again subjective, the fact that it is simply wrong is totally objective. |

The 'evidence' (not that I called it that) that I mentioned in response to your harassment by private message? As you did not respond, I did not realise that you were in such a hurry to read it. As I reminded you then, I do not have a computer and thus it had to wait till I was on one. |

It happened about ten days ago so it is rather strange to mention it now/here. |

Yes, it's been written that way by you and people like you, some of the time. The fact that you've tried to rename Benj's page lots of times doesn't make it any more correct than if you had only tried once.
You obviously do think it's an issue, or you wouldn't keep trying to defend it, especially by coming into rounds especially for that purpose. As I've said before, if you are so keen to change it (for some reason), you should persuade Benj to change it rather than just using propaganda and attrition. |

Excuse me but what's the difference?
Does it make a difference to the content of the entered reviews by how it is introduced? |

I've never said it does. My objecting to it doesn't affect the reviews either so by that argument no one can mind that.
The problem with it is that it is (i) patently not the actual spelling and (ii) so very, very lame.
Perhaps W. should start a special thread to create another silly rule, seeing as it was not at all absurd or disingenous to do so last time. |
