Because I Am Legend is so new, if you haven't seen it just steer clear.

The others, however, are ok.

One explanation, In the The Grinch Who Stole Christmas the uncredited voice of (thanks for the correction Rockgolf) Thurl Ravenscroft (Tony the Tiger) can be heard.

Off you trot.

When I was a kid there were two prominent Fabians: a cutesy-pie pop singer (Fabian Forte) and a Scotland Yard investigator.

Apologies for the naughty hockey review which is inspired by a variant of the old catch phrase "She was only a Jockey's daughter...".

The Hoax is about someone who wrote a 'biography' of Howard Hughes based on fictitious interviews with him. In St. Trinian's, a dog with a certain name plagues Colin Firth.

There was a recent horror film called 30 Days of Night, but it wasn't about McDonalds.

Black Gold is a scathing documentary about the coffee trade. The review is a reference to a reoccurring Mike Myers "Saturday Night Live" sketch.

Well, the voice of Tony The Tiger can be heard, but that voice is Thurl Ravenscroft, not Dallas McKennon. He sings "You're A Mean One, Mr Grinch". As it happens, I recently happened to point out the same lost credit to Billboard magazine See the article here..

And now that the above correction is out of the way, here are five all-new reviews for your January enjoyment.

They include a triple-pun reference to a zany American comedy of the 60's, a misleading reference to humanity's common vision as Y2K approached and my favourite of the bunch, the Jonah: A VeggieTale Movie double-pun on environmentalists.
