Happy new year folks. Haven't been around much - been sleeping a lot. Here's what I came up with whilst I was sleeping.

V&V to here.

For the new year, I'd like to have my entire front page full of 20-vote reviews. I currently 8 eight away. (I have a total of 47 19-voters).

If some kind soul would like to kick off my New Year's in a good way by boosting 8 of my 19-vote reviews to the almightly 20 vote barrier, I would gladly return the favour and send a few votes their way. A first page of all 20+ voters is a goal I've been hoping to get for a long time and I'm finally on the cusp of getting there.

I've done what I can, Yukie, but I'd already voted on some of 'em!

I'm in with my newly re-approved "Inconvenient Tooth" review and 4 others.

A Caliph is the head of the Caliphate, the united Muslim world from the time of Muhammad until the fall of the Ottoman Empire.

The Next Best Thing is a movie starring Madonna. Does anyone remember Wayne and Garth's catch phrase?

Kind of. The Sultanate was abolished in 1922, and the Turkish Republic was officially founded in 1923. The Caliphate, however, was not abolished until November in the following year. Just saying.

Happy about the Inconvenient Tooth review, which I have just voted for.
