Four Your Consideration - Treasure Hunt
Sen Says:

Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 a.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

Lemmy in for #816.

Ye olde link

Jan Troell's The New Land follows the Swedish settlers in Minnesota after their arrival from the old country. It is a sequel to The Emigrants which focused on their lives in Sweden.

Spoiler for Moon (much more vaguely in the review): As the main character's D.N.A. deteriorates due to cloning, he develops uncontrollable shaking.

The youths are (perceived as) typical yobbos and described as monsters at the beginning.

Sherlock Holmes goes abroad, and also on Watson's honeymoon.

Yes, but you are the early bird, Grasshopper.

Soon, when Bafty is back with us, the new thread will be awaiting us both as we exit the land of Nod.
