It was provoked by Josh (and similar, but especially Josh)'s countless accusations of me 'policing' things when I have only noted unambiguous facts.
The point is that it was not "provoked" at all. It was just yet another example of your maliciousness.

I hit some bizarre link to a page that showed stats of post-cap submissons. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that kind of information.
